Historic Armory Park

The original transformed Sonoran Row House built in 1904 served as an anchor and precedent. The new 600 sq sf accessory dwelling unit is built from Hebel Block, an autoclaved aerated concrete. The new ADU defines a courtyard and the historic street edge.
